Due to the Resolution of the Governor of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug 170-PG of 28.12.2022 on extension of the high alert regime in the Okrug until 31.03.2022, associated with a worsening epidemiological situation of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Yamalo - Nenets Autonomous Okrug (including in Labytnangi, settlement of Kharp), according to the Resolution of the branch «Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance» of the Federal Public Health Institution «Medical and Sanitary Unit 11 of the Federal Penitentiary Service» of 24.01.2022 № 4 suspended from 31.01.2022 long term visits in FKU CC-3, 8, 18, SIZO-1 UFSIN of the Russian Federation for Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region until a special order.

Provision of short-term visits to suspects, accused and convicted persons will be carried out in short-term visitation rooms with glass, with the use of personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, protective coveralls) by all visitation participants and employees of the penitentiary system of YNAO, and with valid certificates of vaccination, or negative PCR tests of visitors. In cases where violations of the procedure for the use of personal protective equipment by the parties are detected, the visit shall be immediately terminated.

We also inform you that personal reception of citizens by the heads of institutions and the management of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is temporarily limited.
