Information on restrictive measures in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Kamchatka region

In connection with the unfavorable epidemiological situation on the incidence of the new coronavirus infection Covid-19, in the penitentiary system of the region continues to carry out activities aimed at combating the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

Parcels and packages are accepted in the institutions in accordance with the schedule of work of the parcel room, but with mandatory compliance with sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures.

Provision of short-term visits to suspects, accused and convicted persons with relatives and other persons (visitors), is carried out with the use of personal protective equipment (masks to protect the respiratory system and gloves) by all participants of the visit. In case of violation of the established preventive measures against new coronavirus infection COVID-19, the short-term visit is terminated.

The provision of short-term visits to representatives of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, public supervisory commissions, lawyers and other persons (hereinafter visitors), is carried out, with the use of personal protective equipment (masks to protect the respiratory system and gloves) by all participants of the visit and employees of the correctional system. In case of violation of the established preventive measures against new Covid-19 coronavirus infection, the short-term visit will be terminated.

By the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of FKUZ MSCh-41 FSIN of Russia are allowed prolonged visits to inmates who had been vaccinated (with a vaccination certificate with a mark) against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19.

Relatives and other persons are admitted to a long visit with at least one of the following documents: vaccination certificate with a mark of vaccination against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, test protocol for antibodies to the new coronavirus infection (date of the protocol not later than 1 month at the time of the long visit), test protocol of biological material for the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 by PCR (date of the protocol not later than 3 days at the time of the long visit).

All institutions have introduced a mask regime, the use of disposable gloves, the use of disinfectants, and an entrance health check for visitors with body temperature measurements.

Penitentiary Inspection: Quarantine has not been introduced.

Engineering and Armament Center of the Administration of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Kamchatka region: Quarantine has not been introduced.

Convoy Department: Quarantine has not been introduced.

We ask that relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to the introduction of restrictive measures. The cancellation of restrictive measures will be reported additionally on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Kamchatka region.
