UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Kaluga region reports:

According to the decision of the Head State Sanitary Doctor – head of the Center of the state sanitary-epidemiological surveillance of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-40 FSIN of Russia from 24.06.2021 № 164 from June 24, 2021 all long and short-term visits, reception of parcels for prisoners in CC-3 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Kaluga region are suspended, access of all visitors is limited.

Long visits are provided to prisoners in an amount that prevents the simultaneous presence of more than one family in the kitchen: CC-3 - no more than 2 families; LIU-1 according to the schedule of CC-3; CC-4 - no more than 3 families; CC-2, CC-5, CC-7, KP-6, SIZO-1, SIZO-2 - no more than 1 family.

Since March 09, 2021 in institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for the Kaluga region, in accordance with the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Central Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-40 FSIN of Russia from 04.03.2021 №76 the provision of short-term visits with relatives was resumed. Cancellation of the previously established restrictive measures applies to Federal Penal Institutions LIU-1, CC-2, CC-3, CC-4, CC-7 and KP-6 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Kaluga region.

From March 15, 2021 and till a special order in accordance with the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Central Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-40 FSIN of Russia from March 04, 2021 №78 the provision of long-term visits to prisoners in all subordinate institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for the Kaluga region was renewed.

Admission to visits is carried out only in the presence and use of personal protective equipment (medical masks, disposable gloves). Employees of institutions will monitor the use of personal protective equipment by relatives during visits.

Relatives will be admitted to long term visits only if they have a negative result on COVID-19. In the absence of a negative result for COVID-19, made not earlier than 2-3 days before the visit, the admission of relatives to visits will not be carried out.

Visits to persons providing legal assistance and participating in forensic investigations are provided in the room of short-term visitation rooms through the glass, with personal protective equipment (masks, gloves). Visits to institutions by representatives of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, public monitoring commissions, and other persons are carried out with mandatory use of personal protective equipment (masks/respirators) and observance of social distance.

Visitors with high body temperature and signs of acute respiratory disease are strictly prohibited from entering the facilities of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for the Kaluga region.

Restrictive measures are aimed at combating the spread of coronavirus infection and preventing the spread of the disease among suspects, accused, convicts and employees of institutions.

We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to the introduction of a number of restrictive measures. Their complete cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of the territorial body.
