According to the prescription of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Medical-Sanitary Unit № 28 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, from May 20, 2021 long term visits will be resumed in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region. Long visits will be provided in CC № 2, CC № 3, CC № 8, colony-settlement № 4 and
SIZO № 1 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region.
Long-term visits are resumed in CC № 2, CC № 3, CC № 8, colony-settlement № 4 and SIZO № 1 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region.
At the same time, a set of sanitary-epidemiological (preventive) measures aimed at minimizing the risk of the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) continues to be carried out in the institutions, in connection with which admission to long visits of relatives of inmates is carried out if they have:
1. Evidence of vaccination against coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or a laboratory result of immunity to the infection received at least 3 months before the start date of the long visit.
2. The result of a laboratory test performed by PCR, performed no later than 3 days before the start date of the long visit.
Entrance control with obligatory thermometry is carried out for citizens. Persons without personal protective equipment (masks, gloves), with signs of acute respiratory diseases and (or) increased body temperature are not allowed in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region.
If during long term visit visitors or inmates show signs of acute respiratory illness and (or) increased body temperature, the long term visit shall be terminated.
In common areas (kitchen, corridor, etc.), relatives and inmates must wear personal protective equipment (protective masks, respirators).
It should be reminded that since March 15, 2021 short-term visits to suspects, accused and convicted persons were resumed in CC № 2, CC № 3, CC № 8, colony-settlement № 4 and
SIZO № 1 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region. All participants use personal protective equipment (masks, gloves) for short-term visits through the glass. In case of violations of the procedure for the use of personal protective equipment (mask/respirator should tightly cover the nose, mouth), the visit is immediately terminated.
We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to the introduction of restrictive measures. Their cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region.
