In accordance with the resolutions of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - Head of the Central State Sanitary Inspectorate of FKUZ MSCH-24 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, in the institutions of the Krasnoyarsk region continues to operate a number of restrictive measures aimed at preventing the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons and employees of the penal system.
Since 08.04.2021 in the KTB-1 (except for the ward for patients with new coronavirus infection, the surgical ward and tuberculosis and lung ward №1) the scheduled reception of inmates, acceptance of parcels and packages, conducting long and short-term visits with relatives and reception of citizens on personal matters have been resumed.
All visitors, namely representatives of the federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the Public Oversight Commission, lawyers and other persons were allowed into the facility.
In other institutions of the department short and long term visits take place in accordance with the schedule, in accordance with the current penal law, taking into account the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules.
Citizens arriving for visits must comply with the glove and mask regime in the territory of the penitentiary institution, as well as the schedule of disinfection and quarantine of the premises.
We also inform you that parcels and packages are accepted at all institutions. In order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), preventive measures are taken when receiving parcels and packages. Personal protective equipment is used to receive parcels. Parcels, packages and other correspondence are treated with disinfectants before delivery to inmates.
We ask relatives of persons in the institutions of the penal and correctional system to treat with understanding to the introduction of restrictive measures.
