According to the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch "Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance" FKUZ MSCh-50 FSIN of Russia from 02.06.2021 № 23 "On Amendments to the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-50 of FSIN of Russia from 29.10.2020 № 283 On the introduction of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures to prevent the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)" resumed reception of citizens on personal matters in compliance with the requirements of sanitary legislation. It is also allowed to hold mass events in subordinate institutions with a number not exceeding 50% of the total capacity of the place.
Visits of suspects, accused and convicted persons with lawyers, attorneys and other persons entitled to provide legal assistance, as well as relatives are provided in the premises of investigation rooms and short-term visitation rooms through the glass, using personal protection equipment (masks to protect the respiratory system, gloves).
In addition, in order to prevent the entry and spread of diseases caused by a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), a set of other sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures are organized and implemented in the institutions of the penal system of the Russian Federation.
Reception of parcels and packages in institutions is carried out in accordance with the schedule of the parcel room, but with the obligatory observance of additional sanitary-epidemiological (preventive) measures.
Entrance control with mandatory thermometry is organized in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Moscow Region. Categorically prohibited admission of visitors with high body temperature and signs of acute respiratory infections.
We remind you that the provision of long-term visits in all institutions of penal system of the region is suspended from 16.03.2020 and this restriction is valid until special instructions.
