UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Saratov region reminds that in subordinate institutions the regime of restrictive measures continues to operate
In accordance with the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ of MSCH-64 of FSIN of Russia in order to prevent the spread of the disease among convicts and employees of the penal system from 16.03.2020 and until a special order in CC-2, LIU-3, CC-4, CC-7, CC-10, KP-11, CC-13, CC-17, KP-20, CC-23, CC-33, the Prison of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Saratov region suspended the long visits with relatives of convicted prisoners.
From 1.06.2021 the provision of long-term visits to SIZO-1, SIZO-2, OTB-1 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for the Saratov Region was resumed.
From 16.06.2021 the provision of long-term visits to CC-5 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for the Saratov Region is resumed.
Relatives arriving for long visits will be subject to an entrance control with mandatory thermometry. Persons with signs of acute respiratory disease, which does not exclude the presence of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, will not be admitted to long-term visits.
Those arriving for long visits must provide the original of one of the documents:
- a certificate (vaccination certificate, QR code from the website of public services) of vaccination against new coronavirus infection (twice with the injection of component I and II of the vaccine);
- the result of the laboratory study on the presence of immunity (Ig G and Ig M antibodies) to the new coronavirus infection obtained by ELISA no later than 15 days before the date of the scheduled appointment;
- a negative result of a laboratory study for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus by PCR-diagnostics obtained no more than 3 days before the date of the scheduled appointment.
It is also necessary to provide a certificate of no contact with patients with infectious diseases at the place of residence (for children - at the place of residence and from the place of education), received no more than 3 days before the date of the planned meeting.
If the visit is scheduled for holidays and weekends lasting more than 3 days - the certificate received on the last working day before the holidays and weekends is submitted.
In accordance with paragraph 23 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from 16.03.2020 №ММ-P9-1861 and the recommendations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in order to prevent the entry and spread of diseases in the institutions of UFSIN in the Saratov region temporarily limited the personal reception of citizens. For all questions you can apply in writing by mail or through the Internet reception desk of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Saratov region.
We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to the introduction of restrictive measures. Their cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Saratov region.
