UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Oryol region informs:

Short-term visits:

In accordance with the decision of the chief state sanitary doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-57 of FSIN of Russia from April 1, 2021 the provision of short-term visits for convicted persons in the following institutions of UFSIN: CC-2,5, KP-3 was resumed. Since April 21, 2021, provision of short-term visits to SIZO-1 was resumed. Since April 26, 2021 provision of short-term visits in KP-7 was resumed. Since May 26, short-term visits were resumed in CC-6.

Visits are carried out in the short-term visitation rooms, where there is delimiting glass, with the use of personal protective equipment (masks to protect the respiratory system and gloves) by all participants of the visit.

Visits to the institutions of UFSIN by representatives of federal authorities, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and other persons are restricted. Investigators, interrogators and lawyers may visit suspects, accused and convicted persons in the rooms for short visits (through the glass), as before, with personal protective equipment (masks and gloves).

Long visits:

In accordance with the decision of the chief state sanitary doctor, head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-57 FSIN of Russia from April 19, 2021 long visits to inmates of CC-2, 5 and KP-3 of UFSIN have been resumed. Since April 21, 2021, provision of long visits to inmates in SIZO-1 was resumed. Since April 26, 2021, provision of long visits to inmates of KP-7 was resumed. Since May 25, long visits were resumed in CC-6.

Relatives of inmates shall be allowed to visit for long visits:

- in the presence of the original document (protocol of laboratory examination by PCR-diagnostics), issued not earlier than 3 days before the long visit and certifying the absence of a new coronavirus infection;

- in the presence of the original certificate of the epidemiological environment, confirming the absence of contact with infectious diseases in the last 21 days;

- personal protective equipment (medical masks - at the rate of 8 pieces per day per person, disposable gloves). There is an entrance control with compulsory thermometry for citizens. Persons with visible signs of acute respiratory disease and (or) with increased body temperature are not allowed in the institutions.

Also in UFSIN and institutions the reception of citizens on personal matters by appointment is resumed with the observance of time intervals and infectious disease safety measures by all participants of the meeting.

In addition, a set of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures aimed at preventing the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) continues to be carried out in the institutions.

We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to a number of restrictive measures. Their cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for the Oryol region.
