Due to the stabilization of a sanitary and epidemiologic situation on incidence of new coronavirus infection in the territory of the Murmansk region since April 5, 2021 it is resumed the providing of long visits with convicts in all subordinated institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation across the Murmansk region (IK-16, IK-17, IK-18, IK-23, KP-20, KP-24, SIZO-1, SIZO-2).
According to the resolution of the chief state health officer of TSGSEN FKUZ MSCh-51 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation of 31.03.2021 No. 4 in the institutions of penal correction system of the region it is allowed the provision of long visits with observance of certain sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures.
Long visits are provided in accordance with the schedules approved by the heads of institutions, taking into account the occupancy of long visits rooms no more than 1/3 of the number of all rooms in the institution.
Admission to visits is carried out only if personal protective equipments are available and used (medical masks, disposable gloves).
Children under 18 years of age are temporarily not allowed for long visits.
All visitors arriving on a long visit to the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Murmansk Region should submit a certificate with a negative result of the COVID-19 test, passed at least 72 hours before settling for long visits, as well as one of the documents:
- certificate of preventive vaccination against COVID-19;
- an original certificate with a positive result of laboratory examination of blood serum for antibodies of class IgG (protective titers above 12), issued no earlier than three months before arrival on a long date, with seals of a medical institution confirming the presence of antibodies;
- the original certificate from the attending physician with the seals of the medical institution on the presence of permanent medical contraindications for vaccination against a new coronavirus infection.
It will be organized an incoming health check of relatives with a measurement of body temperature on the entrance. In the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Murmansk region, admission of visitors with increased body temperature and the presence of visible signs of acute respiratory disease is categorically prohibited.
Regime-restrictive measures are aimed at countering the spread of coronavirus infection, preventing morbidity among suspects, accused, convicted persons and employees of institutions.
We ask relatives of suspects, accused, convicted persons to treat with understanding to a number of restrictive measures. Their cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of the territorial body.
