UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region reports
In the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region, the provision of long visits of convicts with relatives is resumed from 29.03.2021. Visits will be conducted subject to certain conditions.
From 27.04.2021 in FKU IK-29 UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region in connection with improvement of an epidemiological situation all additional restrictions are cancelled, long appointments of convicts with relatives are resumed.
In accordance with the decision of the operational headquarters of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region No. 35 of 22.03.2021, long visits are allowed in institutions of the penal system of the region with compliance with sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures. Long visits are provided in accordance with schedules approved by the heads of institutions.
The provision of visits to convicts will be carried out taking into account the occupancy of long-term visits rooms no more than 1/3 of the number of all rooms in the institution. Admission to visits is carried out only if personal protective equipment is available and used (medical masks, disposable gloves).
When you go on a date, an incoming health check of relatives will be organized with a measurement of body temperature. In the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region, admission of visitors with increased body temperature and the presence of visible signs of acute respiratory disease is categorically prohibited. Employees of institutions will monitor the use of personal protective equipment by relatives when on visits.
All visitors staying on a long visit to the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region should submit a certificate of epidemic environment (about no contact with infectious patients) from a medical organization at the place of residence, issued no earlier than five calendar days before arrival on a long date, as well as one of the following documents confirming the absence of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19):
- a certificate with a negative result of a study for a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) by polymerase chain reaction, issued no earlier than three calendar days before arrival on a long date;
- a certificate with a positive result of laboratory examination of blood serum for antibodies of class IgG, issued no earlier than three months before arrival on a long date;
- certificate of preventive vaccination against COVID-19.
Officers of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region during long visits will organize a daily measurement of the body temperature of relatives and convicts on a long visit. In case of detection of persons with signs of acute respiratory disease and/or increased body temperature, the long-term date will be immediately terminated. When in public places, convicts and relatives must wear personal protective equipment (masks, gloves).
Regime-restrictive measures are aimed at countering the spread of coronavirus infection, preventing morbidity among suspects, accused, convicted and employees of institutions.
In addition, from 29.03.2021, short-term visits to convicts will be provided taking into account the occupancy rate of not more than 50 percent and ensuring the principle of social distance. Admission to visits is carried out only if personal protective equipment is available and used (medical masks, disposable gloves). Meetings with lawyers are held in the premises of investigative rooms (through glass) only with personal protective equipment (masks for the protection of respiratory organs and gloves).
Reception of parcels, transmissions and packages in institutions is carried out according to the schedule of the transmission reception room, but with the obligatory observance of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures.
From 29.03.2021 sentenced to forced labor, short-term departures and the right to spend weekends and holidays outside an isolated section functioning as a correctional center will be allowed within the boundaries of the municipality where it is located.
We ask relatives of suspects, accused, convicted persons to treat with understanding to a number of restrictive measures. Their complete cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of the territorial body.
The personal reception of citizens by the administration of the department, correctional institutions and pre-trial detention centers has also been resumed. Reception is carried out using personal respiratory protection equipment by the parties and observing the principles of social distancing of at least 1.5 m.
