UFSIN OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON KIROV REGION REPORTS:
In connection with the continued spread of a new coronavirus infection in Kirov region , as well as according to the decision of the chief sanitary doctor- head of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision of FKUZ MSCH-43 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, in all institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation on Kirov region FKU CC-1, FKU CC-3, FKU CC-5, FKU CC-6, FKU CC-11, FKU MCC-12, FKU KP-15, FKU CC-17, FKU CC-18, FKU CC-20,FKU KP-21, FKU CC-25, FKU CC-27, FKU CC-29, FKU CC-33, FKU SIZO-1 and FKU SIZO-2 from 18.03.2020 were suspended short and long dates until special instructions.
Exceptions are short-term dates with lawyers and other persons providing legal assistance to suspects, accused persons and convicted persons. Short-term dates are carried out in special rooms equipped with protective glass and communication. It is mandatory to have personal protective equipment (masks and gloves) by all participants of the date and to observe a distance of at least 1.5 m.
In addition, in order to prevent entry and the spread of new coronavirus infection, a set of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures, including restrictions on mass events, is being organized and implemented in the institutions of the penal correction system of the region. Parcels for suspects, accused and convicted persons are received normally. The receiving of parcels in SIZO-1 and SIZO-2 is possible to carry out from the store at the institution.
Taking into account the introduced restrictions by administration of CC-3, CC-5, CC-6, CC-11, MCC-12, KP-15, CC-17, CC-18, KP-21, CC-25, CC-27, CC-29, CC-33, SIZO-2, video appointments of convicts with the family are organized. Regime-restrictive events are aimed at countering the spread of coronavirus infection, preventing morbidity among suspects, accused, convicted persons and employees of institutions. The units of the penal correction system of the region have the necessary stock of personal protective equipment. Disinfection in institutions is carried out at all facilities regularly.
