UFSIN OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON KALININGRAD REGION REPORTS:

Since February 15, 2021 according to the decree of the Chief state sanitary doctor of FKUZ MSCh-39 FSIN of Russia of 05.02.2021 in institutions of penal correction system of the region, short-term dates with observance of antiepidemiological measures are allowed.

Short-term dates will be provided strictly by prerecording. The phones of institutions are indicated on the official website of UFSIN of Russian Federation in the Kaliningrad Region in the tab "Subordinate Institutions".

Short-term dates to convicts will be provided taking into account 25% of the occupancy of the rooms and ensuring the principle of social distance. Admission to dates is carried out only if personal protective equipment is available and used (medical masks, disposable gloves). Employees of institutions will monitor the use of personal protective equipment by relatives during the dates.

In the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service, admission of visitors with increased body temperature and the presence of signs of acute respiratory disease is categorically prohibited.

Regime-restrictive events are aimed at countering the spread of coronavirus infection, preventing morbidity among suspects, accused, convicted persons and employees of institutions.

We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to a number of restrictive events. Information about their complete cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of the territorial body.
