15.01.2021

By the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor - head of the branch "TsGSEN" MSCh-51 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, reception of transmissions from citizens for suspects, accused and convicted persons held in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Murmansk region is resumed: CC-16, CC-17, CC-18, CC -23, KP-20, KP-24, SIZO-1, SIZO-2.

Due to the need to comply with sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures, including the presence of a limited number of citizens in the premises, transmissions are received in accordance with the schedule by appointment through the online system "FSIN-OKNO".

Reception of visitors is carried out in equipped rooms for receiving parcels and transfers, provided that all participants have personal protective equipment (respiratory protection masks, gloves, shoe covers). In the absence of personal protective equipment from citizens, transmissions will not be accepted.

We remind you that in all institutions of the penitentiary system of the region, a number of restrictive measures continue to operate, aimed at preventing the spread of morbidity among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service, including restrictions on the provision of long visits. Information about the cancellation of restrictions will be additionally posted on the official website of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Murmansk region.

We ask the relatives of the persons detained in the institutions of the penitentiary system of the Murmansk region to treat with understanding the current sanitary and epidemiological restrictions.
