Attention! The Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia of Tula Region informs about the implementation of additional regime-restrictive measures in correctional colony №2 and colony settlement №8

Due to the high risk of the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection, the implementation of preventive measures at the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tula Region aimed at countering the spread of coronavirus infection, preventing morbidity among convicts, employees and civilians in correctional colony №2 and colony settlement №8 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tula region, restrictive measures have been introduced from October 26, 2020 until further notice.

The transfers of convicts to other institutions was stopped, long and short-term visits were suspended, (outside of persons providing legal assistance and participating in judicial investigative actions), receiving parcels and parcels, (outside of medicines and medical supplies), visits by representatives of various bodies and organizations are limited.

Meetings of convicts with persons providing legal assistance and participating in judicial and investigative actions are provided in the premises of short-term meeting rooms through glass, provided that personal protective equipment (masks, shoe covers, gloves) are available.

We ask citizens to treat the introduction of restrictive measures with understanding. Their cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tula region.
