In order to prevent the spread of morbidity among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the FKUZ MSCH-30 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and in accordance with the instructions of the head of the regional penitentiary department from 06.10.2020 until special instructions in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Astrakhan Region, the provision of long visits will be suspended.

Short-term visits with relatives and other persons will be provided after passing the obligatory thermometry, in the presence of personal protective equipment (respiratory protection masks, shoe covers and gloves), as well as observing social distance. Persons with signs of acute respiratory illness and (or) with an increased body temperature will not be admitted to institutions. In all institutions, rooms for short-term visits are equipped with glass partitions, which maximally ensure the isolation of suspects, accused and convicted persons from those who have arrived for a meeting.

We ask the relatives of the suspects, the accused, and the convicted to treat the introduction of restrictive measures with understanding. Their cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Astrakhan Region.

It is also worth noting that in accordance with Part 2 of Article 50 of the Federal Law of March 30, 1999 No. 52-FZ "On the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population", officials exercising federal state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in the event of the threat of the emergence and spread of infectious diseases and mass non-infectious diseases (poisoning) have the right to give orders to citizens and legal entities on the conduct of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures. Chief state sanitary doctors and their deputies, along with the rights provided for in Article 50 of this Federal Law, in the event of a threat of the emergence and spread of infectious diseases posing a danger to others, may issue motivated decisions on the introduction (cancellation) of restrictive measures in organizations and at facilities.

FKU IK-8 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Astrakhan Region

FKU IK-10 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Astrakhan Region

FKU LIU-7 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Astrakhan Region

FKU SIZO-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Astrakhan Region

FKU SIZO-2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Astrakhan Region
