UFSIN OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE KURGAN REGION IS INTRODUCING RESTRICTIVE MEASURES FOR PREVENTING INFECTIOUS DISEASES

In order to prevent the spread of morbidity among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system, from October 5, 2020, the provision of long visits with relatives and other persons in correctional institutions of the region is suspended.

Restrictions on the provision of long visits will be in effect until further notice in all institutions of the UFSIN of Russian Federation of the Kurgan Region.

In the regime of compliance with additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures aimed at preventing infectious diseases, the provision of short-term visits continues, as well as the reception of parcels and parcels.

Short-term visits are carried out in special rooms equipped with protective glass and intercom. It is imperative that relatives who have arrived on a date have personal protective equipment (masks and gloves). In order to maintain the social distance between citizens (at least 1.5 meters), only one person is allowed for a short-term meeting.

Additional measures for receiving parcels and parcels include the following:

- things and items are accepted only in the manufacturer's packaging (factory or factory);

- food intake - only in the manufacturer's packaging (factory or factory, indicating the shelf life of the products and the temperature storage conditions), subject to wet processing using disinfectants recommended for use in relation to viral infections;

- It is forbidden to accept food in bulk and bulk products without packaging.

At the entrance to the penitentiary institution, a “filter” is organized for visitors to measure body temperature and collect an epidemiological history. Citizens with visible signs of a respiratory disease and / or with an elevated body temperature are not allowed.
