Territorial body of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Bryansk region reports:

In connection with the stabilization of the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the institutions of the Penitentiary System of the Bryansk region, from 01.09.2020, a decision was made to provide long-term visits to convicts.

Long-term visits to prisoners will be provided if relatives have a certificate of no contact with a COVID-19 patient within the previous 14 days, issued by a medical organization at the place of residence, the result of a laboratory test for COVID-19, using personal protective equipment (masks for respiratory protection, gloves). The result of the laboratory test and the certificate are provided with the date no later than 3 days before the appointment.

Mandatory entrance monitoring of the health status of relatives of convicts will be organized with body temperature measurement, with the results recorded in the control log.

Persons with visible signs of acute respiratory illness and (or) elevated body temperature, as well as in the absence of a certificate issued by a medical organization at the place of residence, without a sufficient supply of personal protective equipment (masks for respiratory protection, gloves) long-term visits will not be allowed for at least three days.
