International training conference for penitentiary service's officers

The Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation (FSIN Russia) pays a great attention to the development of the physical culture for its officers. From 5 to 8 September 2016 the International training conference for penitentiary service's officers will be hosted in Moscow by FSIN Russia in cooperation with the Hand-to-hand Fighting Sport International Federation. Representatives from European penal services and CIS countries will participate in the venue.

The main purpose of the conference is the experience exchange in professional combat training and provision of lawfulness in penitentiary institutions.

The program of the conference will include shooting, hand-to-hand fighting classes and special forces skills demonstration, as well as round tables on the legal foundations of professional activity.

For the participation in our Conference we invite penal services officers in charge of personnel training, safety provision, crime and delinquencies prevention and suppression.

Living and meal expenses for the participants of the conference will be covered by the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation.
