Employees of the penitentiary system of the Jewish Autonomous Region are vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection.
According to the resolution of the chief state health officer - the chief of TSGSEN FKUZ branch MSCh-64 of FSIN of Russia for prevention the spread of coronavirus infection among convicts, as well as employees of the penitentiary system from 16.03.2020 until a special order in OTB-1, CC-2, LIU-3, CC-4, CC-5, CC-7, CC-10, KP-11, CC-13, CC-17, KP-20, CC-23, CC-33, Prison, SIZO-1, SIZO-2 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Saratov Region suspended the provision of long visits with relatives of convicts.
In the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Arkhangelsk region, the provision of long visits of convicts with relatives is resumed from 29.03.2021. Visits will be conducted subject to certain conditions.
In order to prevent the incidence of a new coronavirus infection among suspects, accused, convicted and employees of the penal correction system, a set of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures is being implemented in all units of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Samara region.
Vaccination is carried out both among the personnel of the penal system of the region and persons detained in penal institutions. It is voluntary, consists of two stages with a time period of three weeks.
In order to reduce the risks of infection with coronavirus infection, staff were actively involved in the voluntary vaccination campaign. Medical workers strictly monitor their well-being after vaccinations.
In connection with the stable sanitary and epidemiological situation in the institutions of the penal correction system of the Smolensk region, the provision of long visits to convicts has been resumed since 23.04.2021 in accordance with the schedule approved by the head of the institution, as well as with compliance with all sanitary and hygienic requirements and preventive measures.
Due to the stabilization of a sanitary and epidemiologic situation on incidence of new coronavirus infection in the territory of the Murmansk region since April 5, 2021 it is resumed the providing of long visits with convicts in all subordinated institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation across the Murmansk region (IK-16, IK-17, IK-18, IK-23, KP-20, KP-24, SIZO-1, SIZO-2).
A large team and living in a hostel are favorable factors for the spread of infection, explain the doctors, and therefore recommend to be vaccinated to everyone who works and studies at the institute. Experts suggest to postpone the vaccination only in the event of malaise or exacerbation of a chronic disease.
Due to the restrictive actions directed to prevention of spread of new coronavirus infection in institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation across the Tula region: FKU IK-1, FKU IK-2, FKU LIU-3, FKU IK-4, FKU IK-5, FKU IK-6, FKU IK-7, FKU KP-8, FKU SIZO-1, FKU SIZO-4 are suspended the providings of long dates, the transfers of convicts in other institutions are made taking into account an epidemiological situation.
Vaccination against a new coronavirus infection is carried out in institutions of the penal system. Currently, vaccination measures are being carried out in 63 territorial bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the geographical coverage of vaccination of institutions and bodies of the penal correction system is constantly expanding.
By a resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor - the head of the center of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision of the Federal Penitentiary Service MSCh-36 the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Voronezh Region, the provision of short-term visits with suspects, accused and convicted persons is resumed.
The provision of short-term visits with relatives was resumed in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Jewish Autonomous Region, from March 25, 2021. The removal of the previously established regime-restrictive measure concerns Correctional Colony No. 10, Medical Correctional Institution No. 2, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1, Colony-Settlement No. 4.
Since March 19, 2021 according to the resolution of the chief state health officer - the chief of TSGSEN FKUZ branch MSCh-69 of FSIN of Russia is resumed the provision of short-term dates for suspects, accused, convicted persons in the following institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tver Region: IK-1,4,5,6,7,9,10, MCI-3,8, FKLPU OB, SIZO-2,3.
In connection with the stabilization of the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the institutions of the penal correction system of the Bryansk region, has been made a decision to provide long visits to convicts since 09.03.2021.
In UFSIN of Russian Federation on the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area-Yugra began a vaccination campaign against a new coronavirus infection both among employees and among persons detained in correctional institutions.
Due to the stabilization of an epidemiological situation in the Republic of Karelia, according to the resolution of the chief state health doctor- the chief TSGSEN FKUZ of MSCh-10 of FSIN of Russia, in FKU SIZO-2 UFSIN of Russian Federation across the Republic of Karelia from 10.03.2021 renews transmit-receive.
In the institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation on St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, a vaccination campaign was launched to vaccinate against a new coronavirus infection, both among employees and among persons detained in institutions.
Due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation for a coronavirus infection in the Pskov Region in all institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation in the Pskov Region the provision of long dates was suspended until special instruction.
To warning and prevent a dangerous viral disease, the leadership of the penal correction system of the region, together with the republic Ministry of Health, developed a routing for vaccination of employees of UFSIN of Russian Federation in the Republic of Mari El.
Due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation for a coronavirus infection in the Smolensk region, according to the order of UFSIN of Russian Federation in the Smolensk Region in all institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation in the Smolensk Region the provision of long dates was suspended until special instruction.
Due to the continue of spreading of new coronavirus infection and also according to decree of the chief state health doctor - the chief of branch of TsGSEN-1 FKUZ MSCh-27 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation on Khabarovsk region there is a number of the restrictive measures directed on preventing the spread of diseases caused by the coronavirus among suspects, accused and convicted persons and also employees of penal correction system.
In connection with the stabilization of the epidemiological situation for a new coronavirus infection, long dates have been resumed in the institutions of the Main department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region since 15.02.2021.
In connection with the continued spread of a new coronavirus infection in the Orenburg region, as well as according to the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor - the head of the center of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision of FKUZ MSCh-56 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, in the institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation in the Orenburg region, the provision of long dates is suspended until 15.03.2021.
Since February 15, 2021 according to the decree of the Chief state sanitary doctor of FKUZ MSCh-39 FSIN of Russia of 05.02.2021 in institutions of penal correction system of the region, short-term dates with observance of antiepidemiological measures are allowed.
For minimization of risks of emergence and spread of new coronavirus infection of COVID-19 among suspects, accused and convicted persons and also employees of penal correction system the chief state sanitary doctor - chief of branch of the Center of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of FKUZ MSCh-28 FSIN of Russia issued decrees of 17.07.2020 and 27.10.2020 according to which long and short-term dates in institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation on Amur region were suspended.
The first, in December last year, medical workers of penal institutions were vaccinated from coronavirus infection, as the most exposed for infection. Currently, everyone among the employees of the penal correction system and members of their families can be vaccinated.
