Vaccination is carried out by visiting teams of medical workers of state and municipal healthcare institutions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the branches of medical and sanitary unit No. 14 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), located in penal colonies and the detention center.
Thus, the admission and transfer of suspects, accused and convicted persons from SIZO-1 to other institutions of UFSIN of the Penza Region and to other territorial bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, including temporary holding facilities of internal affairs bodies, as well as to participate in investigative actions and court hearings was excluded. The number of court hearings held using videoconferencing was increased.
In order to prevent the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), a set of all necessary sanitary-epidemiological and therapeutic-diagnostic measures are carried out in the institutions of the penal and correctional system.
Due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation of the new coronavirus infection in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Republic of Mordovia, restrictive measures were introduced to prevent the spread the new coronavirus infection, as well as to prevent the disease among suspects, accused, convicted persons and employees of institutions.
In connection with the current epidemiological situation in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, associated with the spread of a new coronavirus infection, the institutions of Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic have limited reception of citizens on personal matters. It is recommended to send their appeals in writing through the Internet reception area of the official website of the territorial body or e-mail of the institutions.
In order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penal and correctional system of the Russian Federation, the Chief State Sanitary Doctor, Head of the Branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ of MSCh-16 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia issued decrees of 29.06.2021 № 53, from 24.11.2020 № 94 «On additional measures to ensure sanitary-epidemiological well-being in institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan and to combat the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)».
Restrictive measures in connection with the spread of a new coronavirus infection on the territory of the region are still in effect in penitentiary institutions and pre-trial detention facilities of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Karelia.
In order to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection among employees of the penal system, UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Trans-Baikal Territory is actively pursuing a vaccination campaign.
Due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation with the incidence of new coronavirus infection in the Belgorod region and in institutions of the penal system of the Belgorod region by the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of FKUZ MSCh-31 FSIN of Russia № 82 of 18. 06.2021, №66 dated 27.04.2021, №84 dated 25.06.2021 in FKU CC-5, SIZO-3 and the Administration of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Belgorod region suspended the reception of citizens and prison employees on personal matters.
As of today, there are no correctional facilities in the region where restrictive measures (quarantine) for the new coronavirus infection have been introduced. In order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system, additional sanitary and anti-epidemic measures for short-term and long-term visits, parcels and packages, as well as for visits of citizens to correctional institutions are in effect in the penitentiary institutions of the region.
In connection with the unfavorable epidemiological situation on the incidence of the new coronavirus infection Covid-19, in the penitentiary system of the region continues to carry out activities aimed at combating the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
Due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation of the new coronavirus infection in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Mordovia restrictive measures aimed at the prevention and spread of the new coronavirus infection, as well as the prevention of the disease among suspects, accused, convicted and employees of institutions were introduced.
This measure was taken in order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspected, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the institutions of the Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia of the Republic of Altai.
In accordance with the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor from 21.06.2021 and until a special order in the institutions and detention centers of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Ulyanovsk region are suspended long and short-term visits (except for short-term visits with lawyers and other persons providing legal assistance to suspects, accused and convicted persons).
In order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons as well as employees of the penal system of Altai Krai the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of MSCh-22 FSIN of Russia issued a decree "On introduction of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures to prevent the emergence and spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)".
According to the decision of the Head State Sanitary Doctor – head of the Center of the state sanitary-epidemiological surveillance of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-40 FSIN of Russia from 24.06.2021 № 164 from June 24, 2021 all long and short-term visits, reception of parcels for prisoners in CC-3 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Kaluga region are suspended, access of all visitors is limited.
In connection with the ongoing spread of a new coronavirus infection, as well as in accordance with the decisions of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - Head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspectorate -1 FKUZ MSCh-27 FSIN of Russia in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Khabarovsk Krai a number of restrictive measures aimed at preventing the spread of the disease among the suspected, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees and workers of the criminal Executive system.
In connection with the continuing spread of a new coronavirus infection, and according to decrees of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection № 1 FKUZ MSCh-72 FSIN of Russia in institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tyumen region a number of restrictive measures aimed at preventing the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons, and employees and workers of the penitentiary system.
According to the prescription of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Medical-Sanitary Unit № 28 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, from May 20, 2021 long term visits will be resumed in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region. Long visits will be provided in CC № 2, CC № 3, CC № 8, colony-settlement № 4 and
SIZO № 1 of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Amur Region.
In accordance with the resolutions of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - Head of the Central State Sanitary Inspectorate of FKUZ MSCH-24 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, in the institutions of the Krasnoyarsk region continues to operate a number of restrictive measures aimed at preventing the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons and employees of the penal system.
From 29.03.2021 the provision of long-term visits between convicts and their relatives will be resumed in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for the Arkhangelsk Region. Visits will be carried out under certain conditions.
According to the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch "Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance" FKUZ MSCh-50 FSIN of Russia from 02.06.2021 № 23 "On Amendments to the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-50 of FSIN of Russia from 29.10.2020 № 283 On the introduction of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures to prevent the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)" resumed reception of citizens on personal matters in compliance with the requirements of sanitary legislation. It is also allowed to hold mass events in subordinate institutions with a number not exceeding 50% of the total capacity of the place.
In accordance with the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ of MSCH-64 of FSIN of Russia in order to prevent the spread of the disease among convicts and employees of the penal system from 16.03.2020 and until a special order in CC-2, LIU-3, CC-4, CC-7, CC-10, KP-11, CC-13, CC-17, KP-20, CC-23, CC-33, the Prison of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Saratov region suspended the long visits with relatives of convicted prisoners.
Based on the current epidemiological situation in the territory of the Republic of Komi according to the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ of MSCH-11 of FSIN of Russia in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Komi Republic, it was decided to renew provision of long-term visits to convicts since April 26, 2021.
As of today, there are no correctional facilities in the region where restrictive measures (quarantine) for the new coronavirus infection have been introduced. In order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system, additional sanitary and anti-epidemic measures for short-term and long-term visits, parcels and packages, as well as for visits of citizens to correctional institutions are in effect in the penitentiary institutions of the region.
Short-term visits:
In accordance with the decision of the chief state sanitary doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ MSCh-57 of FSIN of Russia from April 1, 2021 the provision of short-term visits for convicted persons in the following institutions of UFSIN: CC-2,5, KP-3 was resumed. Since April 21, 2021, provision of short-term visits to SIZO-1 was resumed. Since April 26, 2021 provision of short-term visits in KP-7 was resumed. Since May 26, short-term visits were resumed in CC-6.
UFSIN of the Russian Federation of the Republic of Khakassia continues its vaccination campaign against a new coronavirus infection, both among employees and among persons detained in correctional institutions of the Republic.
