By the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor - head of the branch "TsGSEN" MSCh-51 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, reception of transmissions from citizens for suspects, accused and convicted persons held in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Murmansk region is resumed: CC-16, CC-17, CC-18, CC -23, KP-20, KP-24, SIZO-1, SIZO-2.
In accordance with the decree of the branch of the TsGSEN No. 1 FKUZ MSCH-78 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia "On the introduction of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures and restrictive measures aimed at countering the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the territory under the jurisdiction of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region "from 28.12.2020 to 25.01.2021 in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the provision of long visits is suspended.
In prevention of spreading of illness among convicted, accused and suspected, and also employee of penalty system of Russian Federation chief state sanitary doctor of FKUZ MSCH-37 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia issued a resolution No. 12 on the introduction of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) and restrictive activities aimed on counteraction of spreading of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the territory of UFSIN of Russian Federation on the Ivanovo region.
Since December 17, 2020, in all institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tula Region, suspects, accused and convicted persons are allowed to receive parcels.
There are no cases of coronavirus infection among suspects, accused and convicts held in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russian Federation on the Komi Republic.
In an interview with the Russia 24 TV channel, the director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Alexander Kalashnikov, spoke about the measures that the FPS is taking to prevent mobile communications on the territory of correctional institutions, how the situation is developing today with the employment of convicts and medical provision of persons in custody.
In order to prevent the spread of infection among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, was issued a resolution by the chief state sanitary doctor - head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service No. restrictive measures aimed at countering the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the territory under the jurisdiction of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
In a number of media appeared information about outbreak of coronavirus infection between convicted person in correctional colony № 12. This information does not correspond to reality. There are no cases of illness of coronavirus infection among convicted, suspected and accused in facilities of UFSIN of Russian Federation on Vologda region.
In order to prevent the spread of morbidity among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system, from 12.11.2020 and until further notice, long and short-term visits will be suspended in all institutions of the Main department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Perm Territory in accordance with the decree of the head of the department for ensuring sanitary epidemiological surveillance of the medical and sanitary unit № 59 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia No. 1438 dated 09.11.2020.
Since November 5, 2020, in accordance with the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor-head of the branch of the medical-sanitary unit № 49 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, short-term visits of convicts with relatives have been resumed in correctional colony №4 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Magadan Region.
In correctional institutions and pre-trial detention centers of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Murmansk Region, restrictive measures continue to operate a cause of the spread of a new coronavirus infection and an increase in the incidence rate in the region.
Due to the high risk of the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection, the implementation of preventive measures at the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tula Region aimed at countering the spread of coronavirus infection, preventing morbidity among convicts, employees and civilians in correctional colony №2 and colony settlement №8 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Tula region, restrictive measures have been introduced from October 26, 2020 until further notice.
In accordance with the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, from October 21, 2020, until a special order, the personal reception of citizens by the leadership in all institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Khabarovsk Territory is suspended. Citizens can address their questions to the leadership in writing or via e-mail.
The provision of long and short-term meetings with persons not associated with the provision of legal assistance to suspects, accused and convicted in institutions of the FSIN of Russia in the Republic of Karelia is suspended in order to prevent the spread of morbidity among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia dated October 16, 2020 No. 92 from October 26, 2020 and until further notice in institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Karelia.
Restrictive measures have been introduced in the penitentiary institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in Moscow a cause of the continuing spread of the new coronavirus infection and an increase in the incidence rate in the city of Moscow, as well as in accordance with the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, from October 19, 2020 until special instructions.
From 14 October 2020 according to statement of main state sanitary doctor – chief of TsGSEN FKUZ MSCH-69 FSIN of Russia suspended provision of short and long term visits with relatives and personal receptions in all facilities of UFSIN of Russian Federation of Tver region.
In connection with the ongoing spread of coronavirus infection and in accordance with the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, from 07.10.2020 until the special guidance in the subordinate institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in Moscow, restrictive measures have been introduced.
In order to prevent the spread of morbidity among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the FKUZ MSCH-30 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and in accordance with the instructions of the head of the regional penitentiary department from 06.10.2020 until special instructions in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Astrakhan Region, the provision of long visits will be suspended.
In order to prevent the spread of morbidity among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system, from October 5, 2020, the provision of long visits with relatives and other persons in correctional institutions of the region is suspended.
The provision of short-term visits with relatives to suspects, accused and convicted persons has been resumed in correctional facilities and a pre-trial detention center in the Amur Region.
In accordance with the resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Penitentiary Service of Russia A.A. Galkin from 20.06.2020 № 865 in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia of Pskov Region, resumed short-terms visits to suspects, accused and convicted persons.
From 21 of September 2020 in the institutions of UFSIN of Russian Federation in the Altai region renewal providing long visits. To prevent the spreading and emergence of the new coronavirus infection long visits will be organized according to sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures.
From 07.09.2020 by resolution of the Chief state sanitary doctor, the Federal Penitentiary Service restrictive measures in institutions of the territorial bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service and detention facilities of the Federal Penitentiary Service are cancelled.
From September 7, 2020, convicts will be granted long visits lasting three days on the territory of correctional colonies and pre-trial detention centers.
Since September 15, In correctional colony 46 (Nevyansk) and colony-settlement 59 (Kamensk-Uralsky) of the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Sverdlovsk region long visits are now available.
In connection with the stabilization of the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the institutions of the Penitentiary System of the Bryansk region, from 01.09.2020, a decision was made to provide long-term visits to convicts.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Chief state sanitary physician of the Federal state healthcare institution medical unit 61 of the Federal Penitentiary Service from 27.08.2020 No. 187 "On the gradual removal of restrictions against the coronavirus infection" in the institutions of the territorial body of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Rostov region from 31.08.2020 the restrictions on granting long-term visits to convicts are removed (except for institutions, which introduced a regime-restrictive measures (quarantine).
From August 24 2020, in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Murmansk region, the provision of short-term visits to suspects, accused and convicted persons is resumed.
By the date of 04.08.2020, 187,294 laboratory tests were conducted to detect a new coronavirus infection, including 116,844 studies in the laboratories of the Penal Enforcement System.
In accordance to the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, from June 23, 2020, the provision of short-term visits with relatives to suspects, accused, convicts has been resumed in penal institutions where there is no quarantine and no special regime has been introduced.
